SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. (KEYT) – Members of the community are asked to be on the lookout for an at-risk 53-year-old Shafter man, David Eric Mireles, who has been missing since Thursday.
The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office confirmed that Mireles was released from their custody Thursday after being arrested earlier this week.
His family shared that the 53-year-old is at risk and has not been seen since his release.
A missing persons report has been filed with the Shafter Police Department and anyone with more information, especially if you see Mireles, you are asked to contact the Kern County-based law enforcement agency at 661-746-8500.
