His status for Week 2’s monster clash against Ohio State is absolutely in jeopardy. Trips to Tennessee in Week 4 and Dallas in Week 5 for the Red River Rivalry against Oklahoma also remain uncertain. We’ll know more as a timetable begins to appear across the next few days or weeks before the season.
Goosby was a first-team All-SEC selection in 2025 and primed for a monster season in 2026 as the Longhorns gear up for their run at the national title. From the jump, it looks like Texas’ depth along the O-line is going to be tested.
