RIYADH — The Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen said Saturday it had carried out a proportionate military response against legitimate Houthi military targets in Hodeidah Governorate following the group's attack on commercial vessels in the Red Sea.Coalition spokesman Maj.
