The court also ordered him to pay a fine of LE 100,000 and court costs, on charges of violating public morals and publishing indecent content.
The court convicted Pablo of publishing audio clips with the intent to display them on the social media application TikTok through multiple accounts.
These clips contained content and expressions deemed offensive to public decency.
The investigation revealed that the defendant released songs containing offensive lyrics.
The court determined that publishing such lyrics undermines public dignity, and therefore sentenced the defendant to punishment for his actions, in accordance with the provisions of the Cybercrime Law and the Criminal Procedure Code.
