July 5-9, 2026 Montreal, Canada — Montreal Olympic Pool LCM (50 Meters) Meet Central Pan Pacific Championships Selection Criteria Psych Sheet Live Results How To Watch Recaps: Prelims: Day 1 | Day 2 | Day 3 | Day 4 Finals: Day 1 | Day 2 | Day 3 | Day 4The final day of the 2026 Canadian Swimming Trials is upon us with preliminary heats in the 200 back, 50 fly and 100 breast kicking things off on Thursday morning, along with early heats in the women’s 800 free and the multi-class 150 and 200 IM races for the Para swimmers.
The women’s 100 breaststroke will be marquee race to watch with Sophie Angus riding high after her impressive performance in the 50 breast on Tuesday, while Alexanne Lepage has been on fire this year, recently setting new national records in the SCM 50 and 100 breast.
Blake Tierney and Oliver Dawson headline the men’s 200 back and 100 breast as national record holders, while the women’s 200 back will be missing Kylie Masse, who didn’t even enter that event as the Canadian Record holder but has also scratched the 50 fly this morning.
In Masse’s absence, Madison Kryger is the top seed in the women’s 200 back, while in the 50 fly, it’s Taylor Ruck leading the field with a real shot at breaking the Canadian Record of 25.62 set by Penny Oleksiak in 2017.
The men’s 50 fly features Finlay Knox and Chris Weeks atop the entry lists with Josh Liendo opting out of the meet and Ilya Kharun no longer representing Canada internationally.
