The Vols are one of the biggest question marks in the SEC this season because of the quarterback position. George MacIntyre and Faizon Brandon are each untested against SEC competition, but a strong offensive line, effective run game with DeSean Bishop returning and capable receivers (such as Braylon Staley as shown in the clip above) should make their lives consideredably easier.
On defense, the Vols will be without Joshua Josephs and Colton Hood, but there’s still reason for optimism.
