The reality star, 27, revealed the news via Instagram on Thursday, June 18. She and her husband, Zac Affleck, 29, have been married since 2019 and share kids Nora, 4, Lucas, 2, and Penelope, 11 months.

“In the last two to three years, so much has happened,” Jen said at the time. “Between two babies, reality TV show, Dancing With the Stars, moving, identity, faith, life crisis, I’m very hopeful for this next chapter of my life.”
