Alabama will host a Super Regional. The No. 7 national seed Crimson Tide completed a sweep of the Tuscaloosa Regional on Sunday night, topping Oklahoma State 9-7 in extra innings.
Thanks to NCAA Tournament scheduling quirks, Alabama was the visiting team in Sewell-Thomas Stadium. The crowd at The Joe, however, was on UA’s side and treated to a back-and-forth ballgame with a thrilling finish for the Regional hosts.

Oklahoma State scored 2 in the bottom of the 7th inning to take a 6-5 lead. Eric Hines made sure that Alabama wasn’t out of it with a towering solo home run in the top of the 8th inning to tie things up 6-6.
