The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) has announced updates to its Board of Directors, including the election of Arizona State head coach Herbie Behm as President-Elect and Mandy DiSalle‘s completion of her term, during which she served as President-Elect, President, and Past President.
According to a press release from the CSCAA, Northwestern’s Rachel Stratton-Mills will assume the role of President, Louisville’s Arthur Albiero will move into the Past President role, and Behm will rise to President-Elect.
“Herbie brings tremendous energy, creativity, and bold thinking to the Board,” said CSCAA Executive Director Samantha Barany in the press release from the CSCAA. “He will challenge us to consider new ideas and opportunities while also honoring the traditions and values that make our sport so meaningful.”

Behm recently led both the men’s and women’s programs at Arizona State to Big 12 championships and guided the men’s team to a 4th-place finish at the men’s NCAA Championships, while the women finished 38th.
Fresno State’s Jeanne Fleck will conclude her service on the Board of Directors in May upon reaching her term limit, with Stefanie Williams Moreno, the Tom Cousins Women’s Swimming and Diving head coach at the University of Georgia, assuming that role on the board.
“Stefanie is a longtime respected coach whose poise, thoughtfulness, and steady leadership will be a tremendous asset to our Board,” Barany said. “She brings a measured and collaborative approach that will make a positive impact as we continue to support our coaches and shape the future of our sport.”

Williams Moreno’s Bulldog women finished 8th at the 2026 SEC Championships, and the 15th-place team finished at the Women’s NCAA Championships this past season.
