BRIGHTON, N.Y. — A man is facing charges after Brighton Police say he crashed into five parked cars while intoxicated and fled the scene on Sunday.
The crash happened around 3 a.m. in a parking lot on East Avenue near Penfield Road. Police say they found the driver’s car abandoned nearby and used a drone to track down a man matching a description of the driver.
Al-Dre Geathers, 27, was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI, leaving the scene of property damage, and traffic offenses. Police say he had a blood alcohol content of 0.18% or higher. The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office also helped during the investigation.
