An emergency response could be seen near a channel in the south suburbs on Tuesday afternoon, video showed.
Around 5 p.m., an ambulance and other first responder vehicles could be seen near the Cal-Sag Channel on the 13100 block of South Pulaski Road on the border of Alsip and Robbins.
Video captured by NBC Chicago Sky 5 showed authorities near what appeared to be a boat launch in the area.
Several first responders could be seen standing on a dock in the video.
Alsip Fire Department confirmed their department was on scene but did not provide additional information.
