Three men were injured – two of them critically – during a shooting on Sunday evening in Chicago’s South Shore neighborhood, police said.
The shooting was reported at around 5:21 p.m. along East 69th Street near South South Shore Drive. According to police, three men were in the driveway of an apartment complex when they were shot by an unknown person. A 26-year-old man was shot in the chest and taken to the hospital in critical condition, police said. A second victim was shot in the neck and also hospitalized in critical condition.
A third man was shot in the left arm and transported to an area hospital in fair condition.
No arrests had been made as of Sunday night.
Area One detectives were investigating.
