I Tasted The Cheesecake Factory's New Menu—Here Are 8 Things To Order and 2 To Skip ...Saudi Arabia

The fan-favorite restaurant tries to expand on what's been working during every fresh menu rollout—which is why many of the new items have an Asian influence, after they performed well on other recent menu updates.

New Drinks To Try from Their 2026 Spring Menu

Along with the new menu comes a few new drinks. My favorite of the night was the dangerously good Fresh Cucumber Martini: Ketel One Vodka, Hendrick’s and Elderflower Liqueur with Freshly Muddled Cucumbers.

My close second was the Southern Peach Lemonade: Basil Hayden and Giffard Peach Liqueur Shaken with Hand Squeezed Lemon Juice. It wasn't too sweet but still peachy. The lemonade's tartness plays with it nicely.

8 Best Items from The Cheesecake Factory's New Spring Menu

1. Bruleed French Toast

I have never been to The Cheesecake Factory for brunch, but this dish is making me consider waiting outside their door for when they open. They’ve had this on the menu for a bit but this new version is updated and perfected. My tasting notes for this dish literally say, “Oh my God.” I don’t know how they made this because the bread is toasty perfectly on the outside but the inside almost seems creamy. The eggs and bread are so fluffy with the perfect sweet vanilla flavor. The sugar and syrup aren’t needed, but man, do they really bring it home on top. Everyone at the table was floored at how much they liked it. My only other feedback on this is it could use more fruit on it. Not that it needs it necessarily, but more because it would make a mind-blowing dish that much better. I could see them adding seasonal fruit and compotes to this in the future.

2. Pickle Fries

This was my favorite savory dish of the night. Even though it was one of the first things we tried, it had that much staying power (and no, it’s not because it comes with a lovely creamy and spicy ranch). It has perfectly crispy breading over top of a pickle that’s skinned. It’s details like that which makes The Cheesecake Factory stand out from so many other restaurants that seem to be cutting corners. The naked pickle spears were tender but still had a good amount of crunch to them. They were easy to dip and held their shape nicely and didn’t feel greasy. You might need to order a couple of these if your group loves pickles.

3. Asian Tenderloin

I really enjoyed this one. The noodles had a perfect sesame garlic flavor that wasn’t overwhelming. The steak was really tender and felt like it melted in your mouth. It plays nicely with the veggies, which were cooked but still had some life in them, so they gave a nice, soft snap. I had some the next day (we ate a lot of food, OK?!) and it heated up wonderfully.

4. Ahi Tuna Poke

I’m really picky on where I get raw fish (as we all should be), but I trust The Cheesecake Factory. I’ve seen into their kitchen and know that they only serve fresh ingredients and they are picky about quality. So I was delighted that they have a great poke bowl that includes some options. I prefer the classic choice with rice as a base over the lettuce, but you can’t go wrong with either. The rice plays nicely with the soy, sesame and garlic, and enhances its natural sweetness. The fish was so fresh, and had no "off" fishy flavor. The added veggies were raw, minus the edamame, which was a nice texture to contrast the soft, tender fish and fluffy rice.

5. Asian Chicken Nachos

I’ve never had anything like these before. The wonton chips were crispy and did an excellent job of holding the ingredients on them as they traveled from the plate to your mouth. The peanut sauce is really great—full peanut flavor, not too sweet and just a little heat to add some excitement. The chicken is nothing too exciting but I was OK with that since all the flavors together were enough to make for a really interesting dish.

6. Spicy Jambalaya Arancini

So I don’t love spicy food, but these slapped, as the kids say. I love an arancini, so I hope they do more in the future. The richness of the andouille sausage and the Creole flavors were delicious and were balanced nicely with the peppers and onions. They are a good size, and The Factory did not skim out on the helpings of the non-rice items in the dish.

7. BBQ Pork Belly Buns

This one would be hard to beat the many street BBQ pork buns I’ve had—and it comes pretty dang close, but it’s not quite there. The potato bun is lovely and so, so soft, but I would have liked a more bao type bun to match the more Asian-inspired flavors that are in the cabbage slaw. Plus, with the bun being open on all sides, the ingredients made it slippery and a little hard to eat. While everything was delicious, it might be too much for some.

8. Veggie Burger

Look, I love a medium rare burger, so I’m not exactly the target market for a veggie burger. That being said, it was still *really* good. It has a rich earthly flavor, with the mushroom and beans really shining flavor-wise. The special sauce adds a nice creamy and sharp contrast, with the fresh toppings adding some lovely crunch. If you’re feeling a veggie burger the next time you're at The Factory, you probably aren’t going to be disappointed—especially with the side of fresh fries.

2 Meals To Skip from The Cheesecake Factory's 2026 Spring Menu

1. Baja Bowl

I wanted to like this more than I did. It just didn’t do much for me as a cilantro hater and a non-spicy gal. I’ve had other bowls from them that really blew me away. And I will say, everything was fresh and presented beautifully. The beans and rice were prepared perfectly and there was a generous amount of guacamole.

2. Little Gem Lettuce Salad

So there you have it, eight dishes I definitely recommend, and two you could probably skip. It’s a hard job, but someone has to do it. We can’t wait to see what The Cheesecake Factory will be putting out next!
