The Department of Defense (Department of War) identified the six U.S. Air Force airmen who died in a military refueling plane crash in Iraq. They were Maj. John Klinner, Capts. Ariana Savino, Seth Koval, and Curtis Angst, and Tech Sgts. Ashley Pruitt and Tyler Simmons.
