Her previous record of a 1:53.25 stood since last year’s championships when she won as a member of Colorado Mesa. She dominated the race tonight, winning by over four seconds.

The senior has had a huge week for West Florida as she also broke her own D2 record in the 100 backstroke, first in the 400 medley relay and then in last night’s final of the individual event. She also helped the team’s 400 medley relay to a new Division II record as well.
