2x Olympian Phoebe Bacon got in a lot of racing at the Westmont Pro Swim, swimming the 50, 100, and 200 back as well as the 50 fly, 200 free, and 200 IM. Bacon said that she sees these “off” events as fun, and it allows her to take some of the pressure off of her “main” events. Bacon also described one of the more brutal 400 IM sets that helped her build the stamina to race 6 events in one weekend.
