Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government today made a major reshuffle in the IAS cadre, transferring several senior officers and assigning them new responsibilities.
An official notification has been issued by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department in this regard.
Manish Agarwal, Additional Special Relief Commissioner, Odisha with additional charge of Additional Secretary to Government, Planning & Convergence Department, is appointed as Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Odisha.
Smruti Ranjan Pradhan, Additional Secretary to Government, Forest, Environment & Climate Change Department, is appointed as Managing Director, Odisha Small Industries Corporation.
He is allowed to remain in additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, Startup Odisha.
The additional charge of Rashmita Panda, as CEO, Startup Odisha shall stand terminated from the date Pradhan takes over.
Siddhartha Das, Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Odisha, is appointed as Director, Fisheries, Odisha, Cuttack. Madhusmita Sahoo, Additional Secretary to Government, Revenue & Disaster Management Department with additional charge of Director, Revenue Officers’ Training Institute (ROTI), is appointed as Director, Teachers’ Education & State Council of Educational Research and Training (TE & SCERT), Odisha.
She is allowed to remain in additional charge of Additional Secretary to Government, School & Mass Education Department.
Upama Kalo, Additional Commissioner, Settlement & Consolidation, Office of the RDC, Sambalpur, is allowed to remain in additional charge of Secretary to RDC (ND), Sambalpur.
Lily Kumari Kullu, Additional Secretary to Government, Revenue & Disaster Management Department, is appointed as Additional Secretary to Government, Public Enterprises Department.
Somesh Kumar Upadhyay, Collector & District Magistrate, Malkangiri, is appointed as Director, Textiles & Handlooms, Odisha.
Prathamesh Arvind Rajeshirke, Commissioner, Berhampur Municipal Corporation with additional charge of Vice-Chairman, Berhampur Development Authority, is appointed as Collector & District Magistrate, Malkangiri.
Akavaram Sasya Reddy, Sub-Collector, Jeypore, is appointed as Commissioner, Berhampur Municipal Corporation. She is allowed to remain in additional charge of Vice-Chairman, Berhampur Development Authority.
Akshay Pillay, Sub-Collector, Bonei, is appointed as Additional District Magistrate, Paradeep.
Arugula Sneha, Sub-Collector, Padampur, is appointed as CDO-cum-EO, Zilla Parishad, Mayurbhanj.
Samir Kumar Jena, Sub-Collector, Talcher, is appointed as CDO-cum-EO, Zilla Parishad, Ganjam.
Soumyaranjan Pradhan, Sub-Collector, Rairangpur, is appointed as CDO-cum-EO, Zilla Parishad, Kalahandi.
