What Were the 2 Challenges on the 'Top Chef' Season 23 Premiere?
The winning team was the Blue Team, comprised of Jonathan, Jennifer and Lawrence. They made a crab and shrimp hush puppy with harissa aioli and a napa cabbage and peach salad. No immunity this season, but they each won $5000.

For the challenge, they presented in groups of three and in each group, the judges picked one dish to be up for the winning dish and one chef who was up for elimination. And another twist—the first two chefs that are eliminated this season will not get to go to Last Chance Kitchen.
The five chefs up for best dish were Anthony, twin brothers Jonathan and Brandon, Rhoda and Duyen.
Top Chef airs Monday nights from 9:30 to 10:45 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. All season 23 episodes will be supersized to 75 minutes.
