ROCHESTER, N.Y. — News10NBC is working to learn more about a crash that left a car resting on a guardrail, with airbags deployed, on I-390 in Rochester.
It happened near the Route 104 off-ramp on Monday morning. News10NBC’s photojournalist saw an ambulance take at least one person away and first responders around the scene around 3:15 a.m.
