After releasing the preselection psych sheets earlier this week, the NCAA announced the qualifiers for the 2026 Division II Swimming & Diving Championships on Wednesday. The psych sheets were supposed to be dropped at 5 pm but were delayed to the late evening.

The University of Tampa had the most invited swimmers on both the men’s and women’s sides, qualifying 18 swimmers for the women’s meet and 15 for the men.

The cutline fell at 25 on the women’s side in almost every event except the 1650, where it sits at 24. This is two less than the cut at line 27 last year in all but one event (the 1650 free).

The men’s cutline fell around the same spot it did last year, between 19-21, though most events were right in the 20th spot.

The meet will run from March 10-14, 2026 in Evansville, Indiana at the Deaconess Aquatic Center. The competition pool is notably named after US Olympic Gold Medalist Lilly King.

On the women’s side, all but three events got slower from last season. Only the 200 breast (2:17.33), 200 IM (2:03.94), and 400 IM (4:25.10) saw faster invite times than last season with the 400 IM getting seven tenths faster.

Seven of the 13 men’s events got faster this year, while the 100 fly stayed exactly the same.
