WARREN — Officers from the Warren Police Department, Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office and SWAT team members responded today to a residence near the intersection of East Market Street and Linden Avenue SE.
A person in the home reportedly fired a weapon and authorities are trying to get the subject to surrender and leave the residence.
