Dominika Kralka from Sydney, Australia has announced her commitment to continue her academic and athletic careers at Houston beginning in fall 2026.

Kralka swims for Manly Swim Club and most recently competed last June at Australian Swimming Trials. There her highest finish was 25th in the 100 fly as she touched in a 1:03.07. She also finished 31st in the 50 fly in a 28.31 as well as 46th in the 50 back in a 31.34. That was not her first Australian Swimming Trials as she was 51st in a 1:03.09 back at the 2024 edition of the meet.
Kralka’s Best LCM Times (With SCY Conversions) Are:
100 fly: 1:02.29 (54.85) 50 free: 26.90 (23.51) 100 free: 58.93 (51.64)The Houston women finished 3rd out of 10 teams at the 2025 Big 12 Championships. The team’s highest scoring event was the 200 fly as they scored 132 points, highlighted by four ‘A’ finalists.
Based on Kralka’s best converted times, Kralka would have made the Big 12 ‘C’ final in the 100 butterfly. Houston scored 62 points in the 100 fly, led by Adelaide Meuter who was 4th in a 53.19. It took a 23.17 in the 50 free and a 50.48 in the 100 free to earn a second swim.
Kralka will arrive this fall as a member of the class of 2030 along with Carly Mauldin, Corinna Ruffini, Kalle Rendon, Federica Piani, and Alice Young. Kralka is not the only international member of the class as Young is originally from England while Piani is from Italy.
