This Las Vegas Attraction Is Part Art Space, Part Theme Park—And It’s Expanding in 2026 ...Saudi Arabia

AREA15 opened in September 2020 as a 200,000-square-foot attraction space and has since exploded into a 40-acre campus blending immersive art, ticketed virtual-reality experiences, nightlife, food and drink and large-scale events.

“Area15 is designed to surprise people every time they walk through the door,” Winston Fisher, chief executive officer of Area15told Blooloop. "With a brand-new mix of new restaurants, retail flagships and breakthrough attractions now signed, we’re continuing to create an entertainment district appealing to families, food lovers, thrill-seekers and culture explorers alike."

Earlier this year, AREA15 also introduced a new self-guided Immersive Art Quest, led by a robot narrator named Aria-15, which guides visitors through the art collection using audio stories, artist insights and behind-the-scenes details.

The biggest changes are unfolding in Zone 2: The Terminals, a major expansion that launched last year and continues to roll out new experiences through 2026. Among the most high-profile additions is Universal Horror Unleashed, the first-ever year-round horror experience from Universal Destinations & Experiences, featuring multiple haunted houses, themed entertainment areas and horror-inspired food and drinks.

Newer openings include the John Wick Experience, an interactive walkthrough inspired by the film franchise that drops visitors into a stylized underworld of shifting alliances and high-stakes decisions, and Interstellar Arc, a mixed-reality experience from Felix & Paul Studios that blends cinematic visuals with participatory storytelling set in deep space.

Five years in, AREA15 remains intentionally hard to define—and that fluidity is part of its appeal. As the district continues to grow, it’s positioning itself as a place where immersive art, entertainment, food and nightlife constantly overlap, giving visitors a reason to come back and discover something new each time.
