A man was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot of Wolff Run Park on Saturday morning, according to the Westminster Police Department.
Westminster police responded to a request for a welfare check for a man lying face-down in the parking lot near West 76th Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard at 7 a.m., officials said in a news release.
Once officers found the man, who appeared to be in his late 20s, he was already dead and had multiple gunshot wounds.

The shooting appears to be an isolated incident and police do not believe there is an immediate danger to the public, agency officials said Saturday afternoon.
The victim’s name will be released by the Adams County Coroner’s Office.
