Believing they are about to die, Jonathan concludes these confessions by revealing the ring and "un-proposing" to Nancy.
Speaking to People, however, the Duffer Brothers have confirmed that this un-proposal was indeed Nancy and Jonathan breaking up. "That's a breakup," Matt Duffer said. "They are broken up."
