Fantasy Football TE Rankings, Who Should I Add Off Waiver Wires:

Colby Parkinson (Rams) was one of the highest recommended TE waiver wire pickup this week.

Analysis

Colby Parkinson, Rams — Rostered in 4% of Yahoo Leagues (Suggested all remaining FAAB)

It might look a little crazy to have “all remaining FAAB” on a tight end who hasn’t made this column all year and wasn’t meant to be a top four or five option on his own team … but after scoring six touchdowns over the last six weeks, things have changed for Colby Parkinson. And particularly after Parkinson snagged five catches for 75 yards and two scores while Puka Nacua and Davante Adams battled injuries on Sunday, he’s risen to the top of the tight end priority list.

Adams is very unlikely to play Thursday against the Seahawks, which means Parkinson will be the number two option alongside Nacua (banged up) against a defense that’s been very soft against tight ends this year. It would honestly be more surprising if Parkinson didn’t find the end zone on TNF, and that’s a rare find at this position. If you need a streamer, pick up and stream Parkinson with confidence.

Recommendation: Should be streamed in all leagues

Who are the best stashes from the Fantasy Football TE Rankings?

Darren Waller (Dolphins) and Colston Loveland (Bears) are the best tight end stash ahead of Week 16.

Analysis

Darren Waller vs. Bengals (37%)

Darren Waller fell back into streaming range over the course of the last week following his one-catch performance in Week 14, and TE streamers who made the choice to dump him are likely shaking their heads after his Monday Night Football performance. While very quiet through most of the Dolphins’ Week 15 loss, he exploded with a week-winning fourth quarter, catching six passes, with two of those finding the end zone. Waller has now caught six touchdowns on red zone passes, a top-10 mark across the league, despite only logging meaningful snaps in six games.

This week, he’ll take on a Bengals defense that surprisingly didn’t get gashed by Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely last Sunday, yet still easily ranks dead last in scheduled-adjusted fantasy points allowed to opposing tight ends. The Buccaneers, 49ers, and Commanders are tied for second in touchdowns allowed to the position, with nine. The Bengals have allowed fifteen. Waller is available in 63% of Yahoo leagues.

Colston Loveland vs. Packers (40%)

With so many mouths to feed in Chicago, Colston Loveland has been steady but mostly forgettable in fantasy circles through most of the year. Things have picked up out of their Week 5 bye — particularly his two-touchdown Week 9 — but with his targets capped, true ceiling outcomes have been hard to attain. That ecosystem could change here in a pivotal NFC North showdown, as not only Rome Odunze, but now Luther Burden, look questionable (at best) heading into Week 16.

The biggest beneficiary of one or both of those receivers missing is undoubtedly D.J. Moore, but there should be plenty left over for the tight end, especially if they have to roll out Olamide Zaccheaus, Devin Duvernay, and Jahdae Walker (?) for a full game. The Packers have stood strong against the tight end position this season, but with Micah Parsons not on the field, this unit leans a little closer to league-average. Loveland is available in 60% of Yahoo leagues and makes for a fantastic floor play.
