Biscoff Christmas Cookie Hack Review: My Honest Thoughts
I expected these cookies to be cute and quick, but I didn’t expect them to taste as good as they did. When I was pregnant with my third daughter, I craved those store-bought iced oatmeal cookies (Great Value was my favorite brand), and I'd dip them in my morning coffee. These cookies, dipped in coffee, reminded me of those.

Getting the hang of the chocolate piping might take a minute, so you might want to pipe a few small tree shapes on an extra piece of parchment before you start in on the cookies. Let those little chocolate trees firm up for some tasty solo sweets.
2. Work in batches
If you're decorating a large batch of cookies, it might be a bit of a challenge to keep the chocolate warm enough to pipe smoothly. To solve for that, I'd make smaller batches and heat up the chocolate as you run out.
4. Store them right
These cookies store surprisingly well. Once the chocolate has hardened, they can be placed in an airtight container and kept at room temperature for several days. They also travel well for cookie exchanges and make a great last-minute gift.
5. Bring on the drinks
