BOULDER – The 18th Annual Boulder Valley Real Estate Conference will take place on Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 8:25 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Boulder’s Limelight Hotel (1295 University Ave., Boulder, CO).

This signature event brings together influential members of Boulder’s real estate community, as well as individuals interested in learning more about the local market and emerging trends. Attendees will gain insights from both national speakers and regional experts on the latest developments shaping the residential and commercial real estate landscapes.

Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. – arrive early to enjoy one of Boulder’s best networking opportunities before the presentations begin.

The conference kicks off with Jay Kalinski, Managing Broker at RE/MAX of Boulder, who will present an in-depth analysis of the residential market. Following that, Geoffrey Keys, CEO of Keys Commercial Real Estate, will lead a detailed look at the commercial market.

The first set of morning breakout sessions will feature separate tracks for commercial and residential real estate. In the commercial session, Cameron Grant of Lyons Gaddis will lead a discussion titled “Office at a Crossroads,” examining the current state of the office market and what the future may hold. Meanwhile, the residential breakout, led by Duane Duggan of RE/MAX of Boulder, will dive into Colorado’s ongoing residential insurance crisis and explore how the market is adapting to these challenges.

The second round of morning breakout sessions will again be divided into commercial and residential tracks. On the commercial side, Ashley Legan of Berg, Hill, Greenleaf & Ruscitti will lead a discussion on the evolving retail and restaurant landscape. For the residential track, Lisa Wade of RE/MAX of Boulder will moderate a panel on “Advancing Middle-Income Housing.”

The luncheon keynote will feature Dr. Lawrence Yun, Chief Economist for the National Association of Realtors®. Known for his engaging and data-driven insights, Dr. Yun will review recent market performance and share his forecasts for the year ahead.

The ever-popular “Breaking Ground” session will round out the afternoon. Aptly nicknamed “What’s Happening!”, this lively segment features seven representatives from local municipalities, each providing updates on major projects and upcoming developments in their communities — a must-see for anyone following Boulder Valley growth.
