Noteworthy: Jurgensen, who is committed to UC Irvine, scored a match-high five goals in an 11-8 win at Sage Hill in the CIF-SS Division 1 quarterfinals. The defender also had a field block and an assist. In a 12-8 victory against Harvard-Westlake in the semifinals, Monarchs coach Erik Zimmerman praised Jurgensen for his center defense.
