ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The “I Love the 90’s Tour” finally made its way to the Rochester Community Sports Complex on Sunday after its rescheduling caused confusion for some ticket holders.
The concert was originally scheduled for September but was rescheduled because of a “deficiency related to the issuance of our one-day license.”
The event brought some of the biggest 90s artists to Rochester, including Vanilla Ice, Young MC, Rob Base, Color Me Badd, and C&C Music Factory. In addition, the event also featured a check giveaway to local nonprofits.
“This is important for Rock Fest because it’s more than just entertainment and it’s really about how we collaborate, not only to entertain, but to amplify the people, the work of this community,” said Rashad Smith, chief publicist at Everyday People PR.
The event also featured a wrestling match.
