A new Halloween-themed dining experience in a Frontierland saloon tied to the Phantom Manor at Disneyland Paris leans into a backstory of a bride whose husband mysteriously disappears on her wedding night.
Disneyland Paris has transformed the Lucky Nugget Saloon in Frontierland into the Unlucky Nugget Saloon with a Phantom Manor-inspired restaurant overlay and Halloween-inspired menu.

What happened to Melanie’s husband-to-be and her four previous suitors that all vanished? Is the richest man in town and the father of the bride responsible for their disappearance? Is the curse of Ravenswood Mansion now impacting the rest of Thunder Mesa?

The Disneyland backstory follows the mournful and lovesick tale of the grief-stricken Attic Bride who mourns the loss of her many husbands.
Walt Disney Imagineering updated the storyline of Black Widow Bride Constance Hatchway earlier this year by turning her from an axe murderer who beheads her wealthy husbands into a more mournful figure overwhelmed by the dread of lost love.

Ravenswood returns as the Phantom of the manor and kills the groom-to-be. Melanie haunts the manor as she waits for her husband’s return.
Imagineering drew inspiration from the nearby Phantom Manor for the eerie, unsettling and mysterious decorations, lighting, soundtrack and floral arrangements for the abandoned Victorian Era wedding in the Unlucky Nugget Saloon at Disneyland Paris.
