The World Grand Prix of Darts is unique in its format.
It is the only tournament on the PDC calendar that players must start and finish on a double or bullseye.
A player has to hit a double first before they start scoring points elsewhere throughout a leg of play.
When it comes to the event format, it is set play and each set will be played over the best of five legs.
A total prize pot of £600,000 is available, with the winner taking home a whopping £120,000.
Runners-up claim £60,000, semi-finalists leave with £40,000 each and quarter-finals scoop £25,000.

Littler has been speaking about the unique format ahead of the World Grand Prix of darts.
He said: “Obviously, it [this event] is the next big one… I’ll be honest, I didn’t like it. I didn’t like the double start.
“I think it’s obviously one of the toughest tournaments to win, with the Worlds, the Matchplay, the Premier League.
“But the double start: if you don’t get off, then you’re in trouble.
“I can’t say I really practice the double start often, but obviously leading up to it I think I’ll have to, just get used to it.
“Every year we’ll see someone hit a treble 20 first out and then they forget… it’ll be tough but we’ve still got plenty of darts to play.”
