ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police say people inside a car ran away after crashing into a van on Sunday on Lyell Avenue and Glide Street.

RPD responded just after 6:45 p.m., finding the van overturned and a car abandoned. The van’s driver, 28, had some pain but wasn’t seriously hurt.

Police say the car entered Lyell Avenue from a parking lot, hitting the van. They’re asking anyone with information to call 911. Lyell Avenue was closed but has since reopened.
