(KRON) — Firefighters are battling a 40-acre wildfire burning in Dublin, according to the latest information from Cal Fire.
The fire, named the “Parks Fire,” ignited around 3:23 p.m. on the U.S. Army Camp Parks military base, according to the City of Dublin.
“Camp Parks Fire Department is working on a fast-moving … vegetation fire burning on the base,” the City of Dublin shared on social media Friday evening. “No buildings are threatened at this time.”
