Rockville Montgomery Swim Club’s Andrea Dworak is headed to Madison, WI, to join the Wisconsin women’s program for the fall of 2025.

Dworak was featured as a distance freestyler in the Best of the Rest section of SwimSwam’s class of 2025 re-rank earlier this summer.

I am extremely grateful and excited to announce my verbal commitment to further my academic and athletic career at the University of Wisconsin-Madison! At the NCSA Spring Championships (SCY) back in March, the Silver Spring, MD, native took home the win in the 200 free (1:46.56), swimming a new lifetime best in the process. Additionally, Dworak touched 8th in the 1000 free in 10:00.59, marking her all-time fastest performance in the event. Her 500 free finished 4th (4:50.04), and her 100 free was 6th (50.11).

Earlier this summer, Dworak competed at the Speedo Summer Junior National Championships (LCM), placing 25th in the 200 free (2:02.81), 32nd in the 800 free (9:01.10), and 33rd in the 400 free (4:22.24).

200 Free- 1:46.56 500 Free- 4:46.55 1000 Free- 10:00.59 1650 Free- 16:49.20

The Badgers finished 4th out of 14 teams at the 2025 Big Ten Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships.

Based on Dworak’s best times, her 200 free would have slotted in at 17th in the prelims (.09 off of the consolation final), 28th in the 500 free, and 31st in the 1650.

Dworak joins the Badgers’ 2025 recruiting class with the likes of Sarah Larsen, Arianna Zelen, Brooke Corrigan, Lily Van Heel, and Sarah Freeman.
