A Douglas County jury convicted a former athletic trainer of sexually assaulting two teenagers at the gym he owned in Parker.
Aaron Thomas Carrado, a 51-year-old Sedalia man, was convicted of 12 counts, including six for sexual assault on a child by someone in a “position of trust.” His sentencing will be Nov. 13, and he faces anywhere from eight years to life in prison for the assaults.
