(KRON) -- Police are investigating the discovery of a deceased male in a Vallejo home Monday as a homicide. The Vallejo Fire Department responded at around 2:25 p.m. Monday to the 100 block of O'Brien Circle on a report of an unresponsive man inside the residence.
KRON4 NewsMedical personnel arrived and pronounced the man dead at the scene. Police said the victim's injuries were consistent with blunt force trauma.
Vallejo PD detectives responded and began investigating. Based on preliminary findings, police said the case is being investigated as a homicide.
