Now, it seems even California's governor has gotten in on the act.
On Friday, Gov. Gavin Newsom posted a meme based on the viral kiss cam moment captured at a Coldplay concert in Boston last week. But in the place of Byron and Cabot, the meme instead depicted a smiling Jeffrey Epstein with his arms around a similarly grinning Donald Trump.

"Lights will guide you home" are lyrics to the Coldplay tune, "Fix You," which appeared in a statement released Thursday, falsely attributed to Andy Byron. The flight log likely refers to the infamous private plane of Jeffrey Epstein, the disgraced financier and convicted sex offender who died in his cell in 2019.
Epstein and Trump were known to associate with one another and were photographed together on more than one occasion. The Trump administration's handling of the Epstein files has put the two men's past relationship in the spotlight and led to divisions among Trump's MAGA base.
On Friday, Trump filed a lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal after the newspaper published a story that detailed a bawdy letter and cartoon Trump allegedly sent to Epstein for his 50th birthday in 2003.
According to the Journal's report, the letter allegedly contains a sketch of a naked woman and ends with "Happy Birthday -- and may every day be another wonderful secret."
President Trump has denied writing the letter.
