RPD: Person hit on Lyell Avenue by motorcyclist who fled the scene ...Middle East

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police are investigating after a person was hit on Lyell Avenue by a motorcyclist who fled the scene.

Police say it happened just before midnight near Whitney Street. The victim’s injuries are minor and police are still looking for the motorcyclist.

Anyone with information that can help is asked to call 911.
