SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – A power outage impacting 4,804 Southern California Edison customers was first reported around 4:17 p.m. Thursday.

According to Southern California Edison, the estimated restoration of power for most of those customers is by 5:17 p.m. Thursday.

The provided cause from the utility company is a repair outage.
