Weather today: Evening storm
Denver will enjoy mainly sunny skies across the state Monday with comfortable highs in the middle to upper 70s. There is the chance to see some pop-up storms in the late afternoon and early evening across the metro area, pushing to the plains towards sunset.

Weather tonight: More clouds
Some extra clouds will linger overnight with a lighter wind. Overnight low temperatures will be close to seasonal averages in the middle 50s.
Looking ahead: Mild temps and more storms
Tuesday is a day to watch in the late afternoon and early evening with better chances for some severe storms. There is the slight risk for severe storms, including hail, gusty winds, and an isolated tornado.

Wednesday also has chances for storms in the afternoon with more comfortable highs near the 80-degree mark. Thursday is dry and sunny again with more seasonal highs in the upper 80s.
Friday rounds out the week with warm highs reaching the lower 90s with abundant sunshine. Saturday also has mainly sunny skies with warm highs in the lower 90s. Sunday has the small chance for a storm with early sunshine and highs in the upper 80s.
