ROCHESTER, N.Y. — An SUV hit a parked car and flipped near several popular bars and restaurants overnight in the South Wedge neighborhood.

Rochester Police arrived just after midnight and found the driver trapped in the car at the intersection of South Clinton Avenue and Meigs Street. Firefighters rescued him and he was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say the driver lost control while driving on South Clinton Avenue. No tickets were issued.
