UPSIDE DOWN PUFF PASTRY HOT DOGS?the only way I’ll be eating hot dogs this summer? Make sure you save this one! What you’ll need: 2 gluten free puff pastry sheets I used @Sweet Loren’s ✨ Hot dogs of choice I used @Teton Waters Ranch Cheese of choice I used @RAW FARM raw cheddar 1 egg Favorite toppings: I used ketchup, mustard, and sautéed peppers, onions, jalapeño for mine Instructions: 1. Slice your puff pastry into rectangles that will cover hot dogs 2. Add a slice of cheese to lined baking sheet, place hot dog on top, another slice of cheese on top 3. Place the puff pastry on top, with a fork, press down edges, brush on egg wash 4. Bake according to puff pastry package. I did mine on 350 F for 20-23 minutes 5. To make these, you'll need puff pastry sheets, hot dogs, cheese slices and an egg. You can include some optional toppings, like sautéed onions, bell peppers, jalapeños, mustard, ketchup or really whatever you love!
