Royal Challengers Bengaluru has also dealt a major blow in the form of Tim David, who picked up an injury while fielding against SRH and might not be available for the game against LSG in Lucknow
RCB would want Romario Shepherd to bring his A game on the field in the absence of Tim David, as the former will also feature in IPL 2025 for one last time.
Jitesh might continue to lead the side against LSG if Rajat is not able to fully recover from the injury he has been nursing.
Bowlers: Suyash Sharma, Yash Dayal, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Josh Hazlewood
Hazlewood's absence came to haunt Royal Challengers Bengaluru massively in the last game as the bowlers were not able to stem the flow of runs on a batting-friendly wicket in Lucknow.
Lungi Ngidi will make way for Hazlewood. The South African fast bowler is all set to link up with the South African squad for the WTC final.
As far as RCB's spin department is concerned, it will be taken care of by Krunal Pandya and Suyash Sharma.
