A 5,800 square-foot industrial site in Oceanside has been sold for $1.5 million, a brokerage announced.
The property, 634 Crouch St., spreads across six buildings. It includes 0.41 acres of land on two parcels, with two entrances, a separate bay that allows for multi-tenant use and one attached residential unit. The building was 100% leased at the time of sale.
According to a news release from Marcus and Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office, the seller, Premier Property Management, LLC, owned the property since it was built in the 1960s. It has been home to automotive businesses. The buyer, the release said, owns the adjacent properties and sought to add to a growing industrial portfolio along Oceanside Boulevard.
Tashakorian and Brad Peters with the Tashakorian Group, represented the seller. The buyer is Legacy West Partners, LLC; a website for Legacy West lists its founders as Tashakorian and Peters.
Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) is a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services.
