On Wednesday, Feb. 26, Dupree posted a TikTok video addressing the troubling behavior.
"Hi, everybody. I want to talk about how there's a trend going around, saying—after watching Baylen Out Loud—they're going around mimicking all of my tics," she said.
"I wanted to say I love all of you and thank you for the support and everything in between those lines," Dupree continued. "However, it is extremely uncomfortable and can even set my own tics off even more. And it's offensive to mimic someone else's tics."
Additionally, she explained, "Tourette syndrome is not a joke. It's not something to mimic. And it's something extremely difficult that I live with every single day."
