Sacramento man will not face murder charge in father's death following bar fight ...Middle East

The incident happened at Harry's Sports Bar on Auburn Boulevard in the Old Foothill Farms area on Jan. 26. 

The father was disarmed and Alferez Jr. picked up the gun and fired shots, deputies said. 

That man stayed at the scene until deputies arrived. 

Alferez Jr. will still stand trial on attempted murder and multiple firearms charges.
