AN anxious search is underway for a missing woman who was last seen walking into the snow-covered woods behind her home.
Leah Bellitto, 29, disappeared on Saturday night at 9 pm, and her devastated family hasn’t heard from her since.

Cops and dozens of volunteers have joined forces to search for any clues indicating where she was headed.
One disturbing sign they uncovered was a footprint in the snow of her barefoot and one of her gloves tossed on the ground, according to NBC affiliate WGRZ.
Bellitto was wearing nothing but a black long-sleeve shirt, black pajama pants, and a blue flower-pattern backpack when she walked out.
Now, compassionate locals are desperately searching a one-mile radius around her rural neighborhood, even if they have never met her.
“I know that if that was my daughter or my son, I would want somebody out there trying to find them as quickly as possible,” Wayne Michalak, a volunteer, told WGRZ.
