If a tablespoon of miso feels like a lot, start with a heaping teaspoon instead. Give the mixture a taste and decide if you’d like to add more. Once all the miso has dissolved in the chocolatey mixture, fold in the Chex cereal, toss the cereal in powdered sugar and enjoy your salty-sweet, miso-kissed puppy chow.
