BROOKFIELD — Daniel Martino, a beloved husband, devoted father, loving papa, grateful brother, and all-around good guy, peacefully passed from this life Saturday, Dec. 7, 2024, while in his sleep following a period of declining health. He was 90. Dan was born March 7, 1934, in Farrell, Pa., one of 10 children to Ralph Martino Sr. and Catherine Sarcinella Martino. A 1952 graduate of Farrell High School, he furthered his education by receiving a bachelor’s degree in education from Youngstown State University. He proudly enlisted in the U.S. Army to defend our flag and to help keep our country free. He achieved the rank of Specialist E-4 and was honorably discharged from his duties on July 16,
